As borrowing often has taxation implications, our accountants are well versed in handling client enquiries regarding lending and often assist providing income figures, when requested, to support mortgage applications. This often leads to requests for credit assistance as clients wish to know how competitive their existing lender may be. After experiencing a mix of results from outsourcing to external Mortgage Brokers, Insight made the decision that the only way to know that their clients are getting the best service is to establish an “in house” Finance Broking business.
